~ An Open Letter to All BTS Customers ~

It is my sad task to inform you that we have ceased all operations under our FFL as of October 1, 2008.

Many of you already know that we have been looking to move for some time. Unfortunately, our plans for relocation have hit some unanticipated complications and delays and it will not be possible to move our FFL to our new address as we had planned. And although the future may find us in a better position to resume operations, we have no current alternative but to bid you all a fond farewell.

I want to personally extend my thanks and appreciation to all of you who have made my last eight years in the business both memorable and interesting. I hope you all continue to enjoy the hobby we all so dearly love and support.

My E-mail will continue to work if you have any questions, if you just want to shoot the breeze, or if you just feel like saying “Hello!”
